This is the first time to draw the male nude model.I always draw female mode only.So I was excited.What is the difference between man and woman?The man's ribcage is well pronounce compare to female one.And I could see muscle very well.As you know already,man's body is opposite triangle,and woman's body is like a coca cola bottle.

I really enjoyed this session.This model was able to stand still at any active poses.

初めての男性ヌードモデルセッションに参加しました。いつも女性モデルしか描いたことがなかったので、とても新鮮でした。同じ人間の身体なのですが、男性と女性の身体の違いは、というかアーティストはどのように描きわければよいのでしょう？ひとつは男性は、女性に比べ脂肪が少ないため、骨や筋肉の形がわかりやすく、前に出ています。人間の身体を描く上で、重要な肋骨を強調して描くとよいです。肋骨は身体の形を決める重要な骨です(絵画において、です)。
簡単に言うと、男性は逆三角形のようなかたちをしており、女性はコカ・コーラの瓶のようなかたちをしています。

今回のモデルさんは、すごく激しいポーズをとってくれる方で、それでもピタッと全く動かないのはさすがプロだなーと思いました。かなりよいセッションでした。
